Vice President Global Service Delivery
Lesley Harris is a strong organizational leader who brings a range of experience including call centers, airline, hotel, and agency operations and currently leads the Global Service Delivery organization for Sabre Hospitality Solutions.In this role she ensures successful customer migrations capitalizing on best-in-class service and delivery capabilities while continuing to drive operating model process improvements.
Previously, Lesley led the Delivery and HelpDesk operations for Sabre Airline Solutions bringing new airline customers on board the Sabre reservation system within the framework of complex, large-scale implementations often spanning multiple years.Customer Support for Sabre Airlines Solutions services premier airlines with 24x7 global maintenance support from centers around the globe.
Prior to returning to Sabre in 2011, Lesley led several organizations in the Travelocity organization.She led the Partner Technology and Global Operations teams managing worldwide operational implementations for new hotel and connectivity partners.She also owned product capabilities of the online hotel booking and packaging paths for Travelocity.com.Appointed as President of Travelocity Business in April 2007, Lesley’s diverse background exemplified the convergence of online business and leisure travel with a particular affinity for enhancing traveler experience and delivering superior customer service. Harris also served as Vice President of Sales & Customer Care for Travelocity, responsible for leading the offline global call center enterprise which handled more than four million customer calls and emails per year.
Before moving to Travelocity in 2004, Harris was also Sales & Account Management Vice President for Sabre Travel Network. In that role she successfully transitioned the small business division from direct account management to a service center structure to provide agencies with the most efficient and effective sales, service and product support.
Harris started her career with Sabre in 1995 and held various positions in finance, operations and sales.Lesley was Vice President of North America Operations Services for Sabre Travel Network. She was responsible for global operations support, maintenance and hardware helpdesk functions and specialized in expanding outsourcing relationships as well.
Lesley is the Executive Sponsor for the Sabre Women’s Exchange program, an employee resource group providing a forum to mentor, network and support growth in personal and professional development.Lesley is also a leader of two Girl Scout troops and active in helping young women broaden their horizons.Lesley Harris earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Oregon and a bachelor's degree in international studies from Miami University in Ohio.Lesley also received a diploma from Kansai University of Foreign Studies in Japan.
