As a result, Baglioni Hotels realized a 20 percent increase in OTA bookings this year – including a 33.4 percent year-over-year increase in Expedia bookings and a 16 percent increase in reservations via Booking.com.

To better engage customers who are increasingly shopping and booking hotels online and via mobile devices, in July 2016, Baglioni Hotels selected Sabre SynXis Booking Engine, a versatile and device-responsive booking platform designed to increase conversions. Since moving to SynXis Booking Engine in July 2016, Baglioni Hotels has seen an increase in mobile reservations and improved quality of the mobile user experience.
