Silverado Resort implemented Nuvola in February 2021 when its previous tools for task management and guest engagement didn’t meet its needs. The move to Nuvola allowed them to streamline technology, moving from two systems to one while also gaining new capabilities like the Preventative Maintenance module.


As far as Nuvola compared to what we were using before, there is no comparison. Nuvola has significantly cut our workload, especially for the front office, making it easier to operate with a leaner staff.
